General Data Protection Regulation

Today, i-Neti Ltd is ready to announce that our services comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that we have completed the entirety of our GDPR service readiness, validating that all generally available services and features adhere to the high privacy bar and data protection standards required of data processors by the GDPR, May 25, 2018.

The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) protects European Union data subjects’ fundamental right to privacy and the protection of personal data. It introduces robust requirements that will raise and harmonize standards for data protection, security and compliance.

A comprehensive assessment of the methods and means of processing personal data applied in our company and bringing them in line with the new rules of the GDPR has been carried out. Also, confidentiality rules and provisions for the processing of personal data of user agreements are revised. We developed internal data protection processes, trained our personnel, and implemented measures on the built-in confidentiality system in order to comply with the requirements of the GDPR.

Our data processing principles fully comply with the GDPR, namely:

In cases of violation of the GDPR, our company notifies the regulatory authorities within 72 hours after the discovery of such a violation related to personal data.
